Christian's approach centres on a gentle but effective classical style of osteopathy. This method focuses on the whole body to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and optimise health and wellbeing. He specialises in treating neck and back pain, sciatica, shoulder problems, and minor sports injuries. However, his extensive experience allows him to effectively address a wide range of nerve and musculoskeletal conditions in patients of all ages.

Beyond his osteopathic expertise, Christian is an avid sprinter with a keen interest in a variety of sports. This passion allows him to connect with athletes of all levels. He can implement postural and biomechanical assessments, diagnose sports injuries, and create effective treatment and rehabilitation plans. This comprehensive approach ensures smooth recovery and a return to peak performance.
