Christian Lutz

BSc Hons Ost Med

Osteopath / Clinic Owner

Osteopathy runs deep in Christian's family, and following in their footsteps, he graduated with a first class honours degree and received the highest award from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009. Since then, he has honed his skills for over 16 years, treating patients in London.

Christian's approach centres on a gentle but effective classical style of osteopathy. This method focuses on the whole body to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and optimise health and wellbeing. He specialises in treating neck and back pain, sciatica, shoulder problems, and minor sports injuries. However, his extensive experience allows him to effectively address a wide range of nerve and musculoskeletal conditions in patients of all ages.

A typical treatment with Christian may incorporate various techniques, including soft tissue release (targeting muscles, ligaments, and tendons), joint mobilisations, manipulations, stretches, and personalised exercises.

Beyond his osteopathic expertise, Christian is an avid sprinter with a keen interest in a variety of sports. This passion allows him to connect with athletes of all levels. He can implement postural and biomechanical assessments, diagnose sports injuries, and create effective treatment and rehabilitation plans. This comprehensive approach ensures smooth recovery and a return to peak performance.

Insurance:
Christian is covered by various insurance providers. Please note that he claims directly for Bupa patients only. Patients using other insurance companies will be emailed a receipt of payment after treatment, which they can submit to their insurer for reimbursement. We recommend confirming coverage with your insurer before booking an appointment.

Sabrina Dovey, nee Rambohul

BSc Hons Ost Med

Osteopath / Appi Certified Pilates Instructor / Clinic Owner

Growing up Sabrina has always had a fascination with the mechanics of the human body. She comes from a background of parents in the medical field and so Osteopathy came as a natural path.

15 years of working as an Osteopath since graduation has seen her gain valuable experience by working closely for a few years with sports medical doctors treating elite athletes with complex injuries, as well as general public with persistent back pain, headaches and nerve pain.

Her treatment approach skilfully incorporates extra treatment methods such as Western Acupuncture (Dry Needling), Taping or Mat Pilates. These extra qualifications compliment her treatments to fully rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries.

During each treatment, ergonomic, postural, and exercise advice is usually given for the aftercare of treatment. Her special interests include treatment of back pain, pregnancy related issues, headaches and nerve impingements such as sciatica.

Outside of work Sabrina has always been active, pre-kids she was a speedy winger/fullback on the rugby pitch. Playing a full contact sport comes with regular niggles and injuries, so she understands the frustrations and also the importance of rehabilitating injuries properly. With this in mind, she undertook Pilates training (APPI) and offers 1-1 sessions at the clinic. These are suited to anyone; beginners, intermediate, elderly, pregnant women or those recovering from back surgery.

Insurance:

Sabrina is covered by various companies such as Cigna, Simply Health and Aviva, and claims directly for Bupa. Please check with your insurer before booking.
