Jo has been working in the health and fitness industry for 25+ years firstly as a gym manager and personal trainer and for the last 8 years as a massage therapist.
Jo is qualified in holistic massage, but specialises in sports/deep tissue massage and is qualified to level 5. She also offers warm bamboo massage, a new and effective treatment using heated bamboo stems.
Her treatments have been most effective on people looking to ease neck and back tension or pain caused by the daily stresses or excessive exercise. Her wealth of experience enables her to give the perfect treatment for those suffering from complicated injuries such as muscle strains or cramps, frequently seen in sporty/active individuals.

Tor is a Level 5 qualified Soft Tissue and Rehabilitation Therapist. She has a keen interest in elite sport and has worked alongside the medical team at Wycombe Wanderers Football Club and Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club.
Tor uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue massage, soft tissue release, trigger point therapy and muscle energy technique to provide the most tailored and effective treatment for her clients.
As well as hands on treatment, Tor will work with you to improve visible postural imbalances and joint range restrictions plus, relevant stretching and strengthening homecare advice required to get you back on your feet.
On a personal note, Tor still loves to keep active by playing league level netball with Claygate Netball Club. She also likes taking part in the occasional park run in Bushy or Richmond!
George is a trained osteopath and sports massage therapist. This level of expertise allows George to advise the right course of treatment for injuries, whether it’s for osteopathy or massage, or referring on to another discipline.
George gained a Masters degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly BSO) - one of the most prestigious and largest Osteopathic schools in Europe where, for the last two years, he worked in a busy clinic treating a variety of patients. He also spent time working in a busy GP surgery and a number of specialist clinics for chronic pain, the elderly, children and the homeless.
His holistic approach encompasses both treatment of the immediate pain and also the root cause, helping to restore the body to its optimum state of health.
With over ten years of experience in the bike industry, as well as being an avid cyclist himself, George has a keen interest in sporting injury rehabilitation. His Osteopathic experience coupled with rehabilitation for a number of personal injuries has resulted in a passion for helping his patients overcome injury as well as advising them on sports wellbeing.
