Tor is a Level 5 qualified Soft Tissue and Rehabilitation Therapist. She has a keen interest in elite sport and has worked alongside the medical team at Wycombe Wanderers Football Club and Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club.
Tor uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue massage,soft tissue release, trigger point therapy and muscle energy technique to provide the most tailored and effective treatment for her clients.
As well as hands on treatment, Tor will work with you to improve visible postural imbalances plus, relevant stretching and strengthening home-care advice required to get you back on your feet. Her treatments can be focused to ease muscle tensions and strains and provide relaxation or to help with minor sports injuries with rehabilitation advice.
On a personal note, Tor still loves to keep active by playing league level netball with Claygate Netball Club. She also likes taking part in the occasional park run in Bushy or Richmond!
George is a trained osteopath and sports massage therapist. This level of expertise allows George to advise the right course of treatment for injuries, whether it’s for osteopathy or massage, or referring on to another discipline.
George gained a Masters degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly BSO) - one of the most prestigious and largest Osteopathic schools in Europe where, for the last two years, he worked in a busy clinic treating a variety of patients. He also spent time working in a busy GP surgery and a number of specialist clinics for chronic pain, the elderly, children and the homeless.
His holistic approach encompasses both treatment of the immediate pain and also the root cause, helping to restore the body to its optimum state of health.
With over ten years of experience in the bike industry, as well as being an avid cyclist himself, George has a keen interest in sporting injury rehabilitation. His Osteopathic experience coupled with rehabilitation for a number of personal injuries has resulted in a passion for helping his patients overcome injury as well as advising them on sports wellbeing.
Ruth is qualified in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Holistic Massage and Pregnancy Massage. She is passionate about massage therapy and how it helps people, whether this is assisting with sports performance, or providing pure relaxation.
She can draw on her technical knowledge of sports, deep tissue and holistic massage to provide a relevant and bespoke treatment for her clients, whether this be easing the aches and pains of everyday life, helping with a specific sports injury or providing a well deserved pregnancy massage.
She is a keen runner and cyclist who has completed 18 marathons, several duathlons and the Prudential Ride 100 and her experience of participating in sporting events has provided her with an understanding of the needs and wants of fellow athletes.
Ruth also loves yoga, pilates, and spinning and is a regular at her local gym. She has a lovely welcoming empathic approach and is a natural at putting people at their ease.
